3. Return Eligibility

 


We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

 


Returns may be accepted for:

 

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.

 


 

 

5. Return Shipping & Fees

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Approved defective/damaged returns will receive a prepaid return label

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval

 


 

Restocking Fee

 

 

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns

  • No restocking fee for exchanges or defective items
