United States

 

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot receive carrier deliveries

 

We may expand to additional regions in the future.

 



3. Shipping Costs

 

  • Standard Shipping: Free on most orders within the United States

  • Any exceptions will be clearly shown on the product page and at checkout

  • All shipping costs are displayed at checkout — no hidden fees from us

 

Applicable taxes may still apply at checkout based on state requirements.

 


 

4. Order Processing

 

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM EST

     

    • Orders placed before this time are processed the same business day

    • Orders placed after are processed the next business day

     


 

5. Delivery Time

 

  • Estimated total delivery time: 3 to 9 business days

  • This includes both processing and shipping time

We ship orders using trusted national carriers, including:

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Confirm your shipping address

Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

 


We will arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
