Dynamic Saunas are constructed of environmentally-friendly Canadian Hemlock wood planks. Our saunas feature energy efficient Low EMF FAR infrared heating panels that help relax and rejuvenate the body. Dynamic Saunas can be installed on carpet or any indoor location including basements, master bath, walk in closet or can also be added it to a fitness room.

What Is an Electromagnetic Field (EMF)?

An electromagnetic field is a physical field created by electrically charged objects. It is made up of an electric field from stationary charges and a magnetic field from moving charges, also known as currents. The magnetic field is measured in milligauss (mG). Our saunas are designed to operate at low EMF levels. Low-EMF models average 6–10 mG at about 6–8 inches from the heating panels, while Ultra-Low-EMF models measure 3–5 mG at the same distance.

Warranty

5 Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Extent of Warranty

This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Warranty is not transferable.

Manufacturer Warranty

All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service. This warranty covers parts, but does not cover labor.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc.
invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:
▪ Use of lacquer or paints
▪ Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-approved surfaces
▪ Outdoor applications
▪ Normal wear and tear or weathering
▪ Use of product not in accordance with instructions
▪ Worn out receptacle

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The wood structure has a 1 year limited warranty.

Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

Shipping

Once your order is placed, your sauna will ship out of our warehouse within next 2 business days. You will be receiving the tracking information once the sauna leaves our warehouse.

Free Curbside Delivery via Freight Shipping

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4 hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping.

 Delivery

The sauna will be delivered in 1 box for 1-2 person models or multiple boxes for larger units. All boxes will be strapped vertically to a pallet. Our saunas are delivered in a 53ft semi-truck. The single driver will unload the pallet ONLY to your curbside or end of your driveway.


Once the driver has unloaded the pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect the box(s) for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).

Returns

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to support@apexfitnessrecovery.com

If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. We cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company if the unit is signed for (which means you received it in good condition). If damages have been reported, we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue. Items that arrive damaged and were fulfilled via freight shipping will be provided compensation via replacement parts/pieces at no cost, or refund/partial-refund. If it's determined damages exceed the savable value, replacement units will be provided.

REFUNDS

All items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in new condition and with the original packaging. 

Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. For items fulfilled via freight shipping, you may be required to place the item(s) on the pallet provided upon delivery. You'll need to provide evidence the item(s) are in a returnable condition by sending photos to support@apexfitnessrecovery.com. We'll be using these photos to validate your item are in an acceptable condition for return shipping via freight.

The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping (even if shipping was free at checkout). After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and upon receiving the returned item, it'll be inspected to determine if a restocking fee is applied. If applied, the restocking fee is 25% of the original item(s) order value (value does not include discounts provided).

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.

Cancelations 

Cancelations can only be processed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time). If it's determined the item ordered is not in stock, on back-order, or will call, please contact us to submit your order cancelation. If a cancelation is requested the same business day as the item was shipped, the customer is responsible to cover any cost associated with shipping and also is subject to a 3% transaction fee. To be eligible for a full refund, the cancelation request must be requested prior to the business day the item was shipped. To request your order to be canceled, please send a email to support@apexfitnessrecovery.com.

Non-USD Payments

Reimbursement for cancelation is in accordance to the purchasing currencies on our website (USD) and we are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, marketing-rate currency fluctuations, or other discrepancies that may exist related to your banking transaction and/or fees.

OTHER TERMS

*All purchase orders paid with a credit card, PayPal, and financing are subject to a 4% fee for all items returned. 
*All orders placed will be held to the terms described within this page. The terms of this agreements are not voided under any circumstance including but not limited to order(s) placed via telephone, live chat, invoicing, or other form.
